Shipping & Returns

Most of our orders are sent by An Post & Royal Mail. Services include tracked/express (next day) shipping with An Post and tracked/untracked 1st or 2nd class shipping with Royal Mail. 

We are currently dispatching regularly throughout the week. Our normal dispatch time is approx 7-10 working days but during busier seasonal periods this may be longer. 

What you can’t send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable: Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e. outside of standard customisation options offered by the Mrs. Connolly's Gifts brand to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element unless there is a defect with the item or mistake with the personalisation. 

How to return or exchange a product

Contact us to let us know that you wish to return or exchange a product by filling in the form in the 'Contact' quick link below. Please include your order number as this will speed up the process.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
